Using this tutorial will disable access to your USB connected peripheral devices such as usb connected keyboard, usb connected mouse, usb connected modern etc. So, don't use this tutorial if you are the one operating your system. You can use this tutorial if some one else is making use of your PC cos malwares and other viruses can be easily transferred through USB ports.

- Goto Start.
- Click on Run. If you cannot find RUN, search for it in the search box.
- Now type "regedit" without quotes. This will launch the Registry Editor
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usbstor.
- In the work area, double click on Start.
- In the Value Data box, enter 4.
- Click on OK.
- Exit Registry Editor and refresh your PC.
HOW TO RE-ENABLE ACCESS TO USB PORTS ON YOUR PC
To re-enable access to your USB ports, enter 3 in the Value Data box in Step 6 above.
