Galaxy Note 4 is a Snapdragon based smartphone across Europe. Currently, the people of Europe are now getting a new firmware update. The firmware update doesn't have anything to do with the Android version. Galaxy Note 4 will still run on Android 6.0 marshmallow after the firmware update.
The build date of this Firmware update is May 25, 2016. Below are the improvements of the new firmware update.
