Victor KachiAndroid Security Patch Update Hits Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+
Early this month August 2016, Samsung released a security update for Galaxy S6 Edge with some additional features which came with the patch update.
Now, the company has released the latest Android security update to the Galaxy S6 edge+ phones. This update is currently hitting only the unlocked units in Europe. The level of the security will be changed to August 1 with a firmware version of XXS2BPH1.
For now, there is no information whether or not the update will pack any new changes or features.
As we all know, OTA roll outs always take sometime before the the update finally hit your device. If you are the type that can't wait for the update to arrive on your phone, you can manually check by yourself by going to phone's Settings => About Phone.
