Cloud Downloading Is Now Available On Puffin Browser
We all know UC browser once had this feature right from UC browser for Java and Symbian which is known as UDisk. Cloud downloading is one kind of feature that lets you download any type of files to a cloud storage account. According to what I've been hearing, UC browser might shut down their UDisk cloud storage soon or later.
Anyway, the news now is that, i recently discovered a new feature on Puffin browser which shows that they have added Cloud storage options to the browser. Thats a nice one though.
This feature Puffin browser added is better when compared to UC browser UDisk. When you try to download any file using Puffin browser, options will show up asking you where you want to store the file. As seen in my below screenshot.
WHAT ARE THE ABOVE OPTIONS FOR?
Device: Choose this if you want to download directly to your device’s internal storage or SD card.
Dropbox: Choose this if you want to download the file to your Dropbox account. Normally you need to sign in or sign up if you don't have account with them before.
Google Drive: Choose this if you want to download the file to your Google Drive account. It requires you to sign in using a Gmail account.
Dropbox offers 3GB of free space to free users while Google Drive offers hugh 15GB free storage. I hope you know what to use to store your files before downloading it to your device later.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD PUFFIN BROWSER FOR ANDROID?
If you already have Puffin browser installed on your Android device, the feature is there smiling at you. But if you don't have Puffin browser yet, kindly log on to Playstore to download it or download it Here if you have problem with your Google playstore.
