Ignore the 20%. Just subscribe for a data and see that you will be given 100% value instead of 20%. Test this by subscribing to mtn daily plan of 30mb for N100. You will be given twice the data. Then u can opt out and subscribe for a monthly data of your choice. Hope this helps?

I didn't tweaked twice before i was given 20%. After subscribing to a data plan, i was given 100% the data instead of 20%. Though, you are the only one complaining about this.
