Victor KachiSamsung Galaxy A5 Has Started Receiving Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Update
If you are in Europe or South Africa, by now you should have been seeing push notification about the newer version of Android v6.0.1 hitting your Galaxy A5 device. Currently this update is for the first generation of Samsung Galaxy A5. This update will soon hit other regions soon or later.
This new update will be coming pre-loaded with Doze, Google Now on Tap. Also there is a customized app permissions to give the device more security options. The new update also came with the latest Android security patches on the card.
If you are yet to get the notification via OTA, kindly go to your phone settings and tap on updates. As we all know that the update will take little time for it to hit your device via OTA. Remember that only the first generation of Samsung Galaxy A5 will be getting this update for now.
