As we all know that Instagram has been acquired by Mark Zuckerberg (who is globally known as the CEO of Facebook). Instagram is on a quest to beat Snapchat, but the stuff seems to be working out. Instagram -a social network centered on photos sharing- has officially announced that it has more than 600Million registered users.
If you recall, it took Instagram nine months to hit 500 Million users from 400 million users. It's quite impressive to see how fast Instagram is growing every new day. From 500million users, it took the social network good six months to hit this present 600million users. It's a good one though.
Instagram has grown to become not just a social network where you can share and see photos, but where you can upload your videos too. Instagram has added so many features in the past few months, even some that weren't inspired by Snapchat. You can upload your videos on Instagram, add Stories, live video and more other features. Just recently, they released another feature, which allows you to bookmark things for later.
