Nokia 8 Starts Receiving Android 8.1 Oreo Update
HMD Global has been rolling out Android Oreo to some of its devices lately. The new update goes to Nokia 8 device. After running the Beta testing version for some weeks, the company has officially rolled out Android 8.1 Oreo to Nokia 8 device.
This announcement was made by Juho Sarvikas on Twitter. If you use Nokia 8 device, you can now upgrade your phone to the latest Android 8.1 Oreo weighing in at about 1.5GB.
The update brought along February security patch as well as small improvements and bugs fixes.
WHAT'S NEW IN THE UPDATE?
Nokia has already promised to keep rolling out software updates to its devices and they are really keeping to their promise, so expect more updates from the company.
