Samsung has already started rolling out April security patch update to some devices. Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017 version) is getting it first in some countries.
For now, Luxembourg and Netherlands are the regions the update is currently rolling out to. Hopefully, other regions will get the update. In addition, there's no official change-log on what issues the patch update fixed.
You just have to know that the update is already rolling out gradually, and it might take sometime for the OTA notification to hit your device.
