It's quite simple. You will be needing an app called WhatsRemoved which is available on the Playstore.
1. Download the WHATS REMOVED APP from the Playstore here.
2. After downloading the app, you will be prompted to grant it permissions on your Android smartphone. Kindly grant these permissions.
3. Now here's the trick, to view deleted Whatsapp messages that was sent to you, you will need to delete the deleted message notice from your WhatsApp messenger and close the WhatsApp messenger.
4: Next is to open the WHATSREMOVED app and navigate to Chats. You will find the deleted message there.
