Opera Browser For Android Launches Built-in Unlimited VPN
Opera in a blog post announced that a new VPN service is coming to its Browser for Android. Opera has it that you won't be needing to install a separate app before you can use the VPN service.
The new Opera VPN is inbuilt and will be available for the Beta users of Opera browser. This vpn feature has been available for long on Opera Desktop version, but now it's coming live on Android.
Opera went further to say that the VPN access is completely free and unlimited without any charges Unlike other VPN providers that request for money when a certain amount of data is used.
Just like other VPN service, once you enable the vpn service, it will mask your real IP address with a virtual IP, making you anonymous online. Websites won't be able to track your location and identify your device.
You can switch between regions like Europe, America, and Asia. There’s also an Optimal mode which lets the VPN choose the best and fast connection for your location.
You can also enable your search engine to bypass the VPN and detect your region for more relevant search results. In addition, you can enable the VPN for incognito tabs only.
Opera said its VPN is a no-log service — the company won’t collect information that goes through network servers, which is a good news for privacy cautious users.
Opera is still testing this feature and will roll out to Beta users of the Android browser in the next few weeks.
