This MTN 30GB cheat has been available for quite some time now. It's also worth knowing that everyone won't be able to enjoy this cheat because of the technical difficulties and processes.

The trick here is to convince MTN that you actually bought the MTN Mifi from their office or retail outlets. To achieve this, we have to tweak or change our IMEI to that of MTN Mifi's own. This is the reason why I advised you use Android phone running on v5.0 or v5.1 Lollipop.

How To Activate Free MTN 30GB Mifi Data

Requirements

• An Android phone running on v5.0 or v5.1 Lollipop (ROOTED)
• A new MTN Sim
• MTK engineering tool for changing IMEI - Download here
• IMEI analyzer - Download here
• IMEI Generator - Download here

1. Firstly, tweak this imei 86773803075**** 
2. Copy and paste the imei number into the imei generator app you downloaded
3. Then tap on Generate. Some random imei numbers will be generated. 
   
4. Kindly copy one and paste into IMEI analyzer app you downloaded earlier, and make sure it's correct and valid before Tweaking it into your phone.
5. Once you have confirmed that the imei you generated is valid, then it's time to change your phone's imei.
6. Open MTK Engineer tool and input the valid IMEI you generated. If you don't know how to change your phone's IMEI, please read this old guide here.
7. After Tweaking, apply airplane mode on & off for the changes to take effect. 
8. To confirm if the Tweaking is successful, please dial *#06#
9. If you have successfully tweaked the IMEI, then you have to call MTN customer care agent on 180.
10. Tell them you bought their MTN Mifi device and you are yet to be credited with the free 30GB data bonus for the Mifi.
11. You have to be bold enough without fears or stammering lol.
12. Don't be afraid, they won't ask you too much questions.
13. After that, the agent will credit your MTN line with free 30GB data immediately. 
14. You will get a message like this: Thank you for purchasing MTN MIFI DEVICE. You have recieved free 30GB Data.
