Before we proceed, kindly note that MTN is capped at 100Mb daily, 9mobile is 150Mb daily, while Airtel is 50Mb and another one 500MB daily.

  1. First of all, download ECTunnel V2ray VPN from Playstore Here 
  2. After installing the app, please make sure you Update Config in the app menu with active internet  

  3. Get your MTN, AIRTEL OR 9mobile sim ready (without data plan)
  4. Now, select your network tweak 

  5. Finally, hit on Start button to connect.
  6. It will be Connected within 5 seconds. To confirm it's working, you'll get a response like "Success. HTTPS handshake took ***". Meaning, all is fine, you can go ahead and browse, chat, stream and download. 

  7. If the response is "Failed. blablabla", then apply airplane mode and connect again or turn off your data connection and connect again, then check connection again till you see Success.

      Yes I rebooted and it still persists. The previous NapsternetVVPN app wasn't like this, it was working perfectly, I noticed my phone always encounter similar problems with tunneling apps but maybe I should update my Android webview like you mentioned and see the outcome

    It's true, I've also confirmed and it's really not working anymore (I mean both 9mobile and Airtel tweaks) although they connect but not browsing, even after updating the config files feature, still nothing. MTN still works, don't have Glo sim, so I can't try that one. Pls check it and see, thanks
